NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – North Adams SteepleCats Kyle Hannon and Samuel Tackett Sunday were named starters for next weekend’s New England Collegiate Baseball League All-Star Game. Hannon got the nod to start for the NECBL Western Division at third base. The Penn State senior is hitting .282 in 29 games this summer. He has two home runs, seven doubles and 10 RBIs. The 32nd edition of the exchange again will give youth baseball players from North County a chance to compete against their peers from Boston's North End.
