North Adams American Legion 'Be Our Guest' Christmas Dinner | 08:00AM / Thursday, December 14, 2023 | |
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — For the 68th year, Frank R. Stiles American Legion Post 125 will be hosting its annual "Be Our Guest" Christmas dinner. This is a free dinner for veterans’ and community members takes place on Christmas Day (Dec. 25). The dinner can be enjoyed in the American Legion, located at 91 American Legion Drive, or delivered throughout North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Clarksburg, Williamstown, or Pownal, Readsboro, and Stamford, Vt. The meal will consist of ham, potatoes, vegetables, a dinner roll, and a dessert. The post will open its doors for diners from 12:00 – 2:00pm. City Woman Wins Hometown Holidays Gift Basket |
Jonathan Secor had some help in pulling the winning ticket.
Congrats to Janet O'Neill of North Adams who won the big Hometown Holidays gift basket on Thursday. O'Neill won some $1,300 worth of gift certificates and merchandise.
The drawing could be entered by spending $50 downtown during the Thursday night Hometown Holiday events. Jonathan Secor of MCLA Gallery 51 said 62 people had entered the contest (including the editor of iBerkshires &mdash amazing how much cat toys cost nowadays).
