NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — BFAIR promotes Deb Harpin to Assistant Director of Employment Services, and Savannah Lysko to Assistant Director of DDS (Department of Developmental Services) Residential Services. Deb Harpin is now taking on an advanced role and has been promoted to Assistant Director of Employment Services. As part of her new role, Deb will oversee the Employment Services department and manage all programs, including DDS and MRC Employment Services programs. NORTHAMPTON, Mass. — Humanities, the Commonwealth's leading funder of humanities programs, announced upcoming opportunities for its 2024 grant season. Application materials for Expand Massachusetts Stories (EMS) grants are available now on the website, with the application window opening on February 5. EMS grants support projects that collect, interpret, and share stories about the Commonwealth. City Woman Wins Hometown Holidays Gift Basket |
Jonathan Secor had some help in pulling the winning ticket.
Congrats to Janet O'Neill of North Adams who won the big Hometown Holidays gift basket on Thursday. O'Neill won some $1,300 worth of gift certificates and merchandise.
The drawing could be entered by spending $50 downtown during the Thursday night Hometown Holiday events. Jonathan Secor of MCLA Gallery 51 said 62 people had entered the contest (including the editor of iBerkshires &mdash amazing how much cat toys cost nowadays).
