Letter: Greylock Glen Camping Proposal Aligns with Town's Needs
Letter to the Editor,
02:00PM / Wednesday, January 18, 2023

To the Editor:

For many years, we've maintained our community with little economic growth. It has not been for lack of effort. And now, smart people from many different backgrounds have uncovered what we all knew — Adams is special! The founders of the Project 13 1/2 Grove Gallery and Real Eyes Gallery know it, as does Yina Moore, who has breathed new life into the Adams Theater, a revitalization effort started by our Topia Arts friends.

Our Greylock Glen trail partners DCR and TSR contribute to Adams by maintaining and expanding our trails. The outdoor center is being built, after years of hard work from our Community Development Director Donna Cesan, our town administrator(s)

"If we end up with nobody from a municipality stepping forward, we're going to have to entertain a bylaw change which would then

Submitted by Edward Jones,
11:43AM / Tuesday, January 17, 2023
As you know, inflation was big news throughout 2022. But will it continue in 2023? And looking even further ahead, how should you account for inflation in your long-term plans?   In regard to the first question, many experts predict that inflation will cool off this year, though there are no guarantees. The high inflation of last year is thought to have been caused by some unusual factors, such as a spike in the demand for consumer goods as the world came out of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to supply chain issues. Also, the war in Ukraine drove up oil prices, increasing the cost of manufacturing and shipping and driving up the price of wheat and other commodities.   In any

Sam Poeuk opened Automan Sam on State Street in 2020.  NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — We have all had those slow-to-start days when we wake up in the morning groggy and unprepared for the day ahead.    We brew our coffee or tea and wander outside and remember it's winter and the windshield is frosted over, so we begrudgingly grab our scraper and brave the cold.   There is another option — use a remote starter and sit inside enjoying a warm beverage as the windshield thaws   You can have one installed at Automan Sam, which can also customize your vehicle to best fit your needs.    The auto salon at 303 State St. sells and installs mobile
