NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — The Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA) and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) will offer the new COVID Booster to all community members with or without insurance in Murdock Hall Room 202 on Friday, Oct. 27 from noon to 4 p.m.

 

Pizza and snacks will be offered in Murdock Hall Room 218 to all who attend. 

 

Those who wish to get vaccinated should pre-register to ensure an accurate count at  mcla.edu/vaccineregister.

 

While insurance is not required to receive the COVID booster, due to commercialization, the ambulance service administering the shots must collect insurance information for those that have it.  

 

Public and community health-related resources will be tabling at the event: MCLA's health sciences, nursing, and radiology majors to answer any questions about public health majors; information about MTA's Higher Ed for All Campaign; MCLA's health services and student activities.
