HOLYOKE, Mass. – The Valley Blue Sox Wednesday scored five runs in the fifth inning en route to an 8-3 win over the North Adams SteepleCats in New England Collegiate Baseball League action.

 

Cedric Rose went 2-for-4 with a double to lead North Adams’ offense.

 

The SteepleCats (10-29) host Bristol, Conn., on Thursday.
