NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The Bristol Blues Wednesday earned a double-header sweep of the North Adams SteepleCats in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.

 

In the nightcap, the Blues erased an early 3-0 deficit to earn an 8-4 win.

 

Gunnar Johnson went 2-for-4 with a home run and a pair of RBIs for North Adams.

 

In Game 1, Bristol jumped out to an early lead with two runs in the top of the first en route to a 7-1 victory.

 

Johnson drove in North Adams’ run with one of its three hits.

 

The SteepleCats (7-17) host the Valley Blue Sox on Friday.
