NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- The Upper Valley Nighthawks Sunday scored two runs in the top of the ninth to earn a 6-5 win over the SteepleCats and a double-header sweep at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

Sam Sherman went 2-for-3 for North Adams in the Game 2 loss.

 

In Game 1, a 6-3 Upper Valley win, the Nighthawks took advantage of four North Adams errors.

 

The SteepleCats (1-10) go to Holyoke to face the Blue Sox on Wednesday.
