SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Scott Emerson went 3-for-5 with a double and a triple to lead the Bridgewater State baseball team to an 11-3 win over MCLA on Friday in the Trailblazers’ MASCAC opener.

 

Noel Medina went 2-for-4 with a double for MCLA (6-8, 0-1), which goes to Bridgewater State for a double-header on Monday.

 

Women’s Lacrosse

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Summer Nichols scored eight goals Thursday to lead MCLA to a 20-2 win over Lyndon State.

 

Julia Graham scored five goals, and Lori Lester made five saves for the Trailblazers (2-1), who go to Salem State on Saturday.
