MONTPELIER, Vt. -- Matt Oldham drove in the winning run in the bottom of the eighth to give the Vermont Mountaineers a 3-1 win over the North Adams SteepleCats on Sunday night.

 

Jeremy Lea went 1-for-4 with an RBI in a five-hit attack for North Adams.

 

Justin Baeyens took the loss on the mound, working 1-2/3 innings of relief and not allowing an earned run.

 

North Adams (0-2-1) goes to Keene on Tuesday.
