NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Student artists from throughout Northern Berkshire County recently had their works displayed at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
The third annual exhibit was hosted at Mass MoCA on April 12-14 before moving to the Eclipse Mill in North Adams.
Three students were awarded Grand Prize recognition and a $200 prize. Evan Sanders of Pine Cobble, Pape Souleye Fall of the Buxton School and Jesse Cuevas of Berkshire Arts and Technology Charter Public School took top honors.
Two other Grand Prize winners — Drury's Ann McKenzie and Mount Greylock's Alexandra Delano — were awarded credit for a teen art class at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
Other students recognized for exceptional work included:
Silver award ($25 prizes)
Drury: Rachel Capek, Emily Eastman, Daniel McDonough, Jacklyn Therrien and Olivia Carlson. Honorable mention, Domenick Tassone
Hoosac Valley: Isabel Stomberg and Damon Guertin. Honorable mention, Megan Richardson.
Mount Greylock: Emily Kaegi, Julia Whitney and Alexandra Deveaux. Honorable mention, Lucius Park.
Pine Cobble: Hayden Grillooly and Elias Sekkal. Honorable mention, Hannah Witter.

Buxton: Mekdes Cavallaro, Fynn Kostis, Liam Brown and Sara Emerson. Honorable mention, Akim Farrow.

Drury: David Girard, Brittany-Ann Goodermote, Nick Burchard, Aubrey Rumbolt and Genesis Melendez.
Hoosac Valley: Morgan Hannaleck and Claire Klammer
Mount Greylock: Kristina Marie Fisk, Cheyanne Alcombright, Anya Sheldon and Ian Culnane.
Pine Cobble: Catherine Cavalli and Naseema Amin.
