NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Frances J. Morris, 80, formerly of 44 Hall St. died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and George Willingham, in Rocky Mount, N.C.
Born in North Adams on Jan. 4, 1933, a daughter of Edwin and Pearl Conroy Moon, she attended schools in North Adams.
Mrs. Morris was employed for more than 20 years at the former Sprague Electric Co.
She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church.
Besides her daughter and son-in-law, she leaves three sons, Lawrence M. Morris Jr. of Clarksburg and Wayne E. Morris and William L. Morris, both of North Adams; a sister, Jean Roberts of the state of Florida, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased her sisters Lillian Ritcher and Mary Moon.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Funeral services for Mrs. Morris will take place at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St. North Adams, on Friday, Feb. 1, at 1 p.m.
Calling hours will be Friday from noon to the time of the service at 1. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams.
