NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — John Paul Heath, 78, of the Beaven Kelly Home, 1245 Main St., Holyoke, and formerly of 140 Liberty St., died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Mount St. Vincent Nursing Home in Holyoke.
Born in Worcester on Feb. 20, 1934, son of John J. and Alida Surprenant Heath, he attended schools in Worcester and North Adams, including Drury High School.
Mr. Heath was a communicant of the former St. Francis of Assisi Church. He had been a resident of Beaven Kelly Home for more than 20 years.
He leaves several cousins and his close friends and caregivers, Ralph and Anne Marie Ferraro of Springfield.
He was predeceased by his aunts and uncles including Cecile Yarter, Katherine Heath, Frances Heath and Andrew Konopka.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The services for Mr. Heath will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 9:15 a.m. from Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beaven Kelly Home in care of the funeral home.
