Thomas Francis Dunn, 63, of 150 Ashland St. died Thursday at home.
Born in North Adams on March 6, 1944, son of Germaine Dallaire Dunn and the late Joseph W. Dunn, he attended schools in Williamstown.
A painting contractor, Mr. Dunn owned Dunn Deal Painting. He also was a skilled carpenter.
He was a fan of the New York Yankees.
Besides his mother, of Bennington, Vt., he leaves three sisters, Corinne Johnson of Stephentown, N.Y., Deborah Grant of Pownal, Vt., and Carolynne Porter of Colchester, Vt.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Thomas Francis Dunn, who died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, will be private. There will be no calling hours. FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, MA 01247, is in charge of arrangements.
He also leaves nieces and nephews. His longtime companion, Linda M. Trala-Dunn, died May 16, 2006, and his brother, Joseph W. Dunn Jr., also is deceased.
