NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Nancy A. Janiga, 84, of 45 Hudson St. died Sunday, June 11, 2006, at North Adams Regional Hospital
Born in North Adams on Nov. 29, 1921, daughter of Dominic and Serena Pecurara Bruno, she was a 1940 graduate of Drury High School.
Mrs. Janiga was employed by the former Sprague Electric Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1986.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church.
She leaves her husband, Joseph S. Janiga; a daughter, Diane Simpson of North Adams; two sons, Joseph F. Janiga of East Haven, Conn., and Robert B. Janiga of Williamstown; two sisters, Margaret Moulton and Mary LaVersa, both of North Adams, and four grandchildren, Heather Simpson, and Brian, Tracy and Matthew Janiga.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Graveside services for Mrs. Janiga will be Thursday at 1 at the family plot in Southview Cemetery, North Adams, Mass.
There will be no calling hours. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
