Madison Rose Clark died shortly after birth Friday at North Adams Regional Hospital.
She was the daughter of Everett D. and Tammy Gaffey Clark of 191 Prospect St.
Besides her parents, she leaves a brother, Caleb Clark, and a sister, Kelsey Clark, both at home; her maternal grandparents, William and Jacqueline Fredette Gaffey of North Adams; paternal stepgrandfather, Gary Duquette of Adams, and paternal great-grandmother, Hazel Dimitropolis of Pittsfield.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A Mass of the Angels will be celebrated for Madison Rose Clark, who died Jan. 30, 2004, on Thursday at 1 in the chapel at St. Francis' Church.
Burial will follow in the family plot in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams. There will be no calling hours. FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St. North Adams, is in charge of arrangements.
She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Evelyn Clark.
