NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Judith Ann D’Amico-Piekos Rivera, 84, of North Adams died on Thursday November 13, 2025 at North Adams Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Judith was born in North Adams on January 5, 1941, a daughter of the late Peter & Hazel (Pringle) D’Amico Beaudin.
Judy attended schools in North Adams and graduated from St. Joseph High School. She was employed by General Cable Company and Excelsior Printing in North Adams. Judy loved playing bingo, poker and pokeno. She was her grandchildren’s biggest fan and never missed their sporting events.
Judy leaves her children, Lisa Boyer (Glenn) of Clarksburg, MA, Lynn French of North Adams, John Piekos (Sharon) of North Adams, and Cinthia Rios of Pittsfield. She also leaves her grandchildren, Erin Milanese (Chase), Megan Boyer, Lauren and Evan Piekos, Noah Atwell, Zachary & Tanner Davignon, and great grandchildren, Reid and Miles Milanese, as well as her two nieces and nephew. She also leaves her friends, especially those she loved at St. Joseph’s Court. Judy was predeceased by her grandson, Keegan Dudley, granddaughter, Mariah Dudley, brother, Peter D’Amico and sister Patricia Wilson.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A service to celebrate the life of Judith Rivera will be on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Homes – WEST CHAPEL 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA 01247. Calling hours are on Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be made to The Al Nelson Friendship Center.
