NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Robert (Bob) Allen Felix
June 14, 1948 – September 24, 2025
Robert “Bob” Allen Felix, 77, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, surrounded by his family at Williamstown Commons.
Born in North Adams on June 14, 1948, Bob was the son of the late Raymond and Catherine E. (King) Felix. A highly skilled mason, Bob was known throughout the region for his exceptional brick and stonework. Over the years, he contributed to numerous large-scale projects, working with several masonry companies before retiring in 2009.
Bob was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and was especially passionate about bass fishing. He was a proud member of multiple bass fishing clubs and competed in tournaments across several states.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Senecal) Felix; daughters Shelley O’Dowd and Jessica Floyd; and stepsons John (Buffy), Jeffrey (Bonnie), and Jason (Dina) Crosier. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren: Molly and Cody O’Dowd; Rylee Joy, Joshua (Alainna), and Madelyn Floyd; Samantha (Nevin) Benjamin; Elizabeth (Ryan) Joppich; Kody (Hali) Crosier; Cassandra Crosier; and Jamie Crosier; as well as seven cherished great-granddaughters.
Bob was predeceased by his son, Bryan Felix; grandson, Kyle Crosier; sister and brother-in-law, Ida and Ronald Ross; and brother, Raymond Felix Jr.
In accordance with Bob’s wishes, there will be no services or celebration of life. He expressed deep gratitude to all who visited him both at home and during his time at the nursing home. Bob asked that you remember him when you’re out fishing or driving by a local lake.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Evergreen Ward at Williamstown Commons and to Hospice for their exceptional and compassionate care.
A private burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Bob’s memory.
Our heartfelt condolences to you all on the loss of Bob. We have so many fond memories of him from hockey games to the many hunting and fishing stories! He was one of the good guys! May your cherished memories help comfort you during this difficult time. He will forever be missed.

One of the nicest people we have ever met. We are fortunate to have been neighbors for a bit and remember talking fishing stories with him many times. When we first moved into the neighborhood he setup scaffolding to help us paint our house. He didn’t accept anything in return. Our sympathies to all of the family. Rest in peace | from: Tom and Carla McDonough | on: 10-01-2025 |

Bob and I have been friends since first grade. Good friends. I remember about the third grade he gave me a pair of old leather ski boots. I used to wear them to school everyday, clunking around every step. When ever we would bump into each other after high school we would talk about hunting and fishing. Bob was a big fisherman. I did visit him at the nursing home. I have already said a prayer for him. Thanking him for being my friend. | from: Bill Davis | on: 09-27-2025 |
