Rickie Martin, 64

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  



Rickie James Martin, 64, of North Adams died on September 5, 2025. Born on January 6, 1961 in North Adams, he was the son of Donald Eugene and Patricia A. (Champagne) Martin. Rickie attended local schools including Drury High School. He was a flooring installation expert for 30 years and a maintenance manager for Village East for 20 years.



Rickie loved fishing and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his adoring mother, Patricia Martin; his loving wife, Susan (Hoisington) Martin; children, Steven Thomas and Danielle Hoisington; grandchildren, Steven Thomas, Jr., Tayshia Hoisington, Daneya Falwell, and Lejay Falwell; a brother, Scott Martin; a sister, Dawn Cote; and nieces and nephews.



FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours for Rickie Martin will be held Friday September 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Flynn & Dagnoli West Chapels, 521 West Main St, North Adams, MA 01247. A reception will follow at the community room at Village East. Memorial donations may be made to PopCares in care of the funeral home.
