NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  

Mrs. Jeannette M. (Rose) Baribeault, 82, of North Adams, died on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at her home.

She was born in North Adams on January 31, 1943, daughter of the late Ernest Rose and Claire Miner as well as her stepmother Alice Guertin.

She attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School.

Mrs. Baribeault was primarily a homemaker but had worked for a private school and had been an Avon representative for 20 years.

She is survived by her husband Donald Baribeault whom she married on June 11, 1960; her son. Jeffery Baribeault of North Adams; two daughters, Theresa Shartrand and Denise Pecor of North Adams; four grandchildren April Langworthy and Marc Therrien of PA, Jeffery Baribeault, Jr. of North Adams and Corey Callander of Pittsfield; a great granddaughter Savanna and one great great grandson.

She was predeceased by her brother Roger Rose.

The funeral procession will begin on Tuesday, August 26th at 8:45 A.M. from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church Parish Center, North Adams.

Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams.
