Jennifer L. Malloy, 52

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Jennifer Lynn Malloy, 52 of North Adams, MA died Saturday June 7, 2025 at her home after a long illness.



She was born in North Adams, MA on November 19, 1972, a daughter of Edward Thomas Malloy and Roberta Jean (Andrews) Meaney. She graduated from McCann Technical High School.



Jennifer was last employed by Sweetbrook Nursing Home. She attended the First Baptist Church of North Adams and was a member of the North Adams Elks. Jennifer enjoyed camping and playing Bingo. She was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.



Survivors include her mother, Roberta Meaney of North Adams, MA and her father, Edward T. Malloy of Hinsdale, MA; and one daughter, Kayla Harrington of North Adams and two sons, Steven (Stacy) Harrington of North Adams and Thomas (Jasmine) Sunn Jr of North Adams. She also leaves three grandchildren including Elijah Miles, Wyatt Sunn and Melody Sunn; one sister, Katherine (Mark) Brooks of North Adams and one brother, Edward R. (Donna) Malloy of North Adams; her best friend, Douglas Merrick of North Adams and several nieces and nephews. Her beloved dog, Rocky has passed away.



FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Jennifer Malloy will be Monday June 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of North Adams. Burial will be private. Calling hours at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA are Monday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Roberta, I am surprised and sorry to hear of the loss of Jennifer. I first knew her working at sampco, and knew her to be kind with easy laughter. Enjoyed her presence on a Amish trip and would renew her acquaintance regularly. Knew her also from First Baptist Church. Sending you my condolances.
