To my cousins Christopher and Peter and the rest of the Baran family it's sad to see uncle Bernie has passed. I can remember when I was a little kid he would give me rides on his Honda motorcycle or take me for a ride in his Plymouth Barracuda where he would do burnouts and smoke them rear tires really good. He would take my dad his brother in law and I up Mt Greylock deer hunting. Thoes were the good old days.

Chris and Pete, I was so saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing. He was such a good guy to work with at the campus and a solid competitor when it came to the golf course.
