Flo was a wonderful person to work with. She was always smiling, upbeat, and full of energy. If more people were like her. The world would be a better place.

Flo was one of kind at NARH- she was quiet, would go with the "flo", but every once in a while she would say something that would have us roaring! Dedicated indeed. And an even better neighbor! I will miss seeing her strolling around our 'hood. My sincerest condolences to Flo's family.
