Carol Bertoli, 75

November 28, 2024

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Carol (Schmidt) Bertoli, 75 of Hudson, FL, formerly of North Adams, MA died November 28, 2024 after a short illness. She was born in North Adams on August 4, 1949 the daughter of Frank and Frances (Mancuso) Schmidt. Carol graduated from Drury High School.

She worked various jobs for the past 20 years working for the Word of Life in Hudson, FL with her husband, the late John Bertoli who passed way November 15, 2015. She was a born-again Christian; member of the Civil Air Patrol for many years reaching the rank of Lieutenant in the Northeast Region.

She leaves a brother Arnold (Leslie) Schmidt of Greenfield, MA; sisters, Nanette Schmidt of North Adams, Diane Santucci (Joe) of North Adams, and step-children Carolyn (Jay) Burnett of Williamstown and Deanna Todd (the late Mark) and several nieces and nephews plus several step grandchildren.

There will be no services or burial.
