NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —
Mr. James F. Currier, 71, of North Adams, died on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at his home.
He was born in Westfield on August 2, 1953, a son of the late Carol Currier. He attended schools in Westfield and graduated from Smith Vocational High School.
Mr. Currier worked as a mechanic for several different companies and with his sons.
He is survived by his daughter, Cristy Briggs and her fiancé James Lewis of North Adams; three sons, Jesse Currier and his fiancé Shelly Crawford of North Adams, Eric Currier and his wife Kristen of New Hampshire and Josh Currier of New Hampshire; his brother Wayne Glines; three sisters, Millie O’Dell, Ginger Glines and Sharon Wright; eleven grandchildren, Chad, Molly, Danny, Sabrina, Heatherlee, Elizabeth, Jamie, Gracie, Tonilee, Izzy and Weston; ten great grandchildren, Bentley, Serenity, Jackson, Matthew, Emerson, Gerald, Owen, Tyler, Riley and Graysin; his very close friend Suzanne Lajoie and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son James A. Currier.
Per Mr. Currier’s wishes there are no funeral services.
