NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Augustine J. Crocco Jr., 75 of North Adams, MA died on Saturday December 17, 2022 at North Adams Commons.

He was born in Stuyvesant Falls, NY on August 2, 1947, a son of Augustine J. Crocco and Chancey (Delmar) Crocco. He attended schools in Stuyvesant Falls.

Augustine was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the US Army. Following his military service, he worked as a police officer for the city of Albany, NY before moving to the Berkshires.

Survivors include two daughters- Cara Wickham and Tina Crocco and several grandchildren. He also leaves his longtime friend, Dawn M. Spagnuolo of Hinsdale, MA. He was predeceased by his sister, Antoinette Campagna.
