NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Peggy Ann Gomeau Bertoli, 86 of Port Orange, FL died April 20, 2022.

She was born on November 12, 1935, a daughter of William T. Gomeau Sr. and Alice (Howland) Gomeau. She moved to Florida with her husband and son, Phillip Trimarchi, in 1973 to start their lives together in the Sunshine State. She was the widow of George Michael Bertoli who died on September 25, 2019. Survivors include two daughters- Susan Simon and Sheryl (Matthew) Chaput and two sons- Phillip Trimarchi and Rocco (Mary-Jo) Trimarchi and six grandchildren- Anna Fischer, Sabeth Simon, Jak Trimarchi, Eva Trimarchi, Anthony Neilson and Chandler Chaput. She also leaves her step sister- Yasamine Sarkis, sisters in law- Marilyn O'Brien and Joan Gomeau, her very special Daughter in Law- Tami Duprat and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her husband George Bertoli, her daughter- Mary Fischer and two sisters- Mary Gomeau Williams, and Susan Gomeau Blay and one brother- William T. Gomeau Jr.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service for Peggy A. and George M. Bertoli will be held on Friday July 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS-CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams. A calling hour will be held Friday morning from 10-11AM. Memorial donation may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
