Claire Anita Bombardier, 94 of Williamstown, MA died on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Hillcrest Commons in Pittsfield, MA. She was born in North Adams, MA on January 23, 1926 a daughter of the late Henri and Blandine (Viau) Bombardier. She attended schools in North Adams including the Notre Dame School. She was employed as a claims manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Division of Employment Security both in Pittsfield and North Adams. She retired, after 40 years of service, in 1986.

Claire was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Church in North Adams and after its closure Sts Patrick and Raphael Church in Williamstown. She was a volunteer at the North Adams Regional Hospital.

Survivors include her two nieces, Kathy Bourdon of North Adams and Patricia Clark of Buckland, MA. and several grandnieces and grandnephews. Claire was predeceased by her two sisters, Mary Jane Bombardier and Lucille Young and a brother, Gerald Bombardier.
