NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Vincent Antonio DeSanty, 67, of North Adams died Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Berkshire Medical Center.

He was born in Adams on September 27, 1948, son of Ernest A. DeSanty Sr. and Dorothy (Bellard) DeSanty. He graduated from the Drury High School with the class of 1966.

Vincent worked at Sprague Electric Co. for 25 years. He lived in Florida for several years until returning to North Adams.

Vincent enjoyed horse-racing and playing bridge, having won several championships. He also enjoyed bowling and trips to Linda's Cafe for breakfast.

Survivors include one brother, Ernest A. DeSanty Jr. and his wife Beverly of Adams; and two nephews, Michael DeSanty and Mark DeSanty.

Funeral notice: A graveside service for Vincent DeSanty will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Southview cemetery.  There are no calling hours.
