CLARKSBURG, Mass. — Thomas Francis Lemaire, 60, of River Road died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, at his home.
Born in North Adams on July 12, 1954 a son of Arthur P. Lemaire Sr. and Helen Hartman Lemaire, he attended Drury High School.
Mr. Lemaire was a self-employed master carpenter and had built several homes in the area.
He loved spending time with family and working on his property.
He leaves a daughter, Melanie Lemaire of Adams; a son, Thomas M. Lemaire of Clarksburg; his longtime companion, Pat Bassette; two sisters, Ann Lemaire of Missouri and Pat Wol of North Adams; five brothers, Charles Lemaire of Stamford, Vt., Arthur P. Lemaire Jr. of Clarksburg and Bruce Lemaire, Robert Lemaire and Jeffrey Lemaire, all of North Adams; his grandson, Kyle Miller of Adams, nieces and nephews and his former wife, Robin Lemaire.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Funeral services for Mr. Lemaire will take place Friday, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will take place at a later date.
Calling hours will be Friday from 5 to 7. Memorial donations are suggested through the funeral home.
