NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Gina Irene Cirullo, 97, of 78 Lincoln St. died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at Williamstown Commons.
Born in Adams on Dec. 26, 1916, daughter of Roberto and Damilla Gavatta Trenti, she attended schools in North Adams.
Mrs. Cirullo was employed by the former Sprague Electric Co. for 27 years, until her retirement in 1979. She had first worked for the former Gale Shoe and Clark Biscuit companies.
She was a communicant of the former St. Anthony of Padua Church and a member of its Rosary Society. She enjoyed walking.
Her husband, Michael Francis Cirullo, whom she married on April 7, 1951, died on July 17, 2001.
She leaves nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Her sisters Rena Koszelnik, Tullia Daughton and Olga Godfrey, and brother, North Adams Police Officer Mario Trenti, are deceased.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mrs. Cirullo will be celebrated Friday, Sept. 19, at 11 from St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. A calling hour will be held on Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Conference in care of the funeral home.
