NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Diana Lynn Kennedy, 57, of 38 North Holden St. died Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, at Berkshire Medical Center North.
Born in North Adams on May 20, 1957, daughter of Maitland and Marion LeBarnes Richardson, she attended local schools.
Mrs. Kennedy was last employed at Howard Johnson's Restaurant in Orlando, Fla.
Her husband, Edward Eugene Kennedy Jr., whom she married in 1979, died on Dec. 8, 2012.
She leaves a daughter, Brittany Kennedy of North Adams; three sons, Shawn Nutting of South Carolina, Edward E. Kennedy III of the state of Florida and James Kennedy of North Adams; a stepdaughter, Laurie Kennedy of Texas; three brothers, Steven Richardson, Edward Richardson and Timothy Richardson; four sisters, Esther Nichlen, Tina Burdick, Kathleen Lear and Gina Richardson; four grandchildren, Becky, Jacob, Ryan and Gabe, and nieces and nephews.
Her siblings Patricia, Gerald and Maitland predeceased her.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A calling hour for Mrs. Kennedy will be held Friday, Sept. 12, from 1 to 2 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
