NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Gerald Joseph Delisle, 82, of 13 Mark Lane died Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at his home.
Born in Adams on Feb. 13, 1932, a son of Emery and Florence Ouellette Delisle, he graduated from Drury High School in North Adams and was a member of the football team.
He was a decorated Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Delisle was employed as a crane operator for several construction companies in the area, lastly for Krutiak Construction Co.
He was a communicant of the Parish of Sts. Patrick & Raphael in Williamstown.
He leaves his wife, include Catherine Brandalik Keating-Delisle; four daughters, Tina Senecal, Michelle Delisle, Laurie Delisle and Sheila Delisle, all of North Adams; two stepsons, Tim Keating and Jim Keating; a sister, Lee Dupree of South Carolina; two grandchildren, Derek Wlodyka and Monique Rock, and five stepgrandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE — At Mr. Delisle's request, there will be no services or calling hours. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, is in charge of arrangements.
