NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Lorraine P. Lee, 75, of 45 Spring St. died Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at her home.
Born in North Adams on Nov. 28, 1937, daughter of Gilbert and Pauline Critelli Masson, she attended local schools.
Mrs. Lee worked at the former General Cable in Williamstown for 22 years until her retirement in 1995.
She was a communicant of the former St. Francis of Assisi Church. She had been a volunteer at North Adams Regional Hospital.
Her husband, John E. Lee, whom she married on Jan. 1, 1958, died on April 26, 2005.
She leaves three daughters, Tina Rolnick and Cindy Richardson, both of North Adams, and Wendy Martin of Williamstown; a son, Peter J. Lee of Scottsboro, Ala.; a brother, Raymond Masson of Pulaski, N.Y.; two sisters, Jeannette Sherman of Clarksburg and Jane Kenyon of North Adams; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Her son John Eugene Lee died in 1963.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mrs. Lee will be Monday, July 22, at 11 at Sherman Burbank Chapel in Williamstown. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery in North Adams.
A calling hour will be held Monday morning from 10 to 11 at the chapel. Donations may be made in her memory toFlynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA 01247.
