 A new smart TV in the lobby entrance was provided by the PTA, along with a smaller one to track schedules in the main office. CLARKSBURG, Mass. — The kindergarten wing of Clarksburg School was refreshed with paint and new flooring before the school year started. The flooring in the 1970s "temporary" addition had been showing its age and had been raised as an issue by teachers over the past few years. WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — There will be a poetry workshop aimed at drawing inspiration from the Hoosic River on Saturday, Sept. 13. The workshop will be facilitated by Arianna Alexsandra Collins, executive director of the Hoosic River Watershed Association. Meet at Natural Bridge State Park parking area outside the gate at 9:30 a.m. Participants will walk up from the Hudson Brook to the Hoosic's North Branch confluence. Writing prompts will given, and there will be time to share poems, phrases, or whatever else. This program will last one hour. NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — BFAIR's Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program made a special delivery to City Hall on Friday and helped stock the Veterans Services Office's food pantry. "I am totally overwhelmed. I was in awe when they said they were going to do this," said Tina Samson, office's administrative assistant. "BFAIR, they help in the community. BOSTON — Rico Petrocelli served his country in the Army Reserve from 1964 to 1968. Growing up in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a two-sport star in baseball and was All-City in basketball.
