Both teams entered the game with a record of 0-6 in the nine-team league. Jesus Lay went 4-for-5 with an RBI and scored three times for the Thunder, which pulled away late to take 15-4 win at the Alcombright Athletic Complex. But there will definitely be some changes on the City Council with only six incumbents running for re-election in November.
