Clarksburg Getting Free Technical Help on Wastewater System RepairsBy Tammy Daniels, iBerkshires Staff 04:30PM / Wednesday, July 05, 2023 | | CLARKSBURG, Mass. — The town has taken on a consultant from Resources for Communities and People to study septic issues in its southwest quadrant. The town has an intermunicipal agreement with North Adams to take its waste for processing at the Hoosac Water Quality District, which is a shared operation of North Adams and Williamstown. City Woman Wins Hometown Holidays Gift Basket |

Jonathan Secor had some help in pulling the winning ticket.
Congrats to Janet O'Neill of North Adams who won the big Hometown Holidays gift basket on Thursday. O'Neill won some $1,300 worth of gift certificates and merchandise.
The drawing could be entered by spending $50 downtown during the Thursday night Hometown Holiday events. Jonathan Secor of MCLA Gallery 51 said 62 people had entered the contest (including the editor of iBerkshires &mdash amazing how much cat toys cost nowadays).
