BENNINGTON, Vt. — Southern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) has released a survey and have asked community members to provide feedback

According to SVMC, the online survey takes between 5 and eight minutes and will inform future programs and services.

 

Survey respondents can enter a drawing for a $50 gift card.
