NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — After a long eight days, SteepleCats baseball returns to Joe Wolfe Field on Wednesday just in time for the start of Summer.

With school getting out on Monday, Summer has officially begun for the kids of Northern Berkshire County and the SteepleCats want to help get the fun started. Kids can get in free at both SteepleCats home games on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy some great NECBL baseball.

The Winnipesaukee Muskrats roll back into town on Saturday with the SteepleCats looking for revenge. On June 19th, the Muskrats handed North Adams a 16-10 loss after the SteepleCats’ early 5-0 lead was squashed by an eleven-run 5th inning for Winnipesaukee. It’ll be the second of five meetings of the two Northern division teams this year with the final three meetings being in Winnipesaukee.

Another familiar foe comes back into town on Sunday as North Adams takes on the Valley Blue Sox at 4:30. The division rivals have so far split the season series, each grabbing a big win as the away team. The SteepleCats 5-0 win over the Blue Sox in Holyoke came as their first win of the season, while the Blue Sox 11-0 win in North Adams saw the SteepleCats offense struggle to get going.

So grab the kids and head on down to Joe Wolfe Field this Wednesday and Saturday and come enjoy a night at the ballpark with high-level baseball, amazing food, and a great family environment. Tickets for Saturday's game can be found at http://steeplecatsvsmuskrats18-2.eventbrite.com while tickets for Sunday's game can be found at http://steeplecatsvsbluesox18-2.eventbrite.com/.
