NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Councilors Eric Buddington and Ronald Boucher will be discussing internet issues on Wednesday, at 6 p.m., at the Northern Berkshire Community Television Studios on Union Street.
Buddington will be summarizing his knowledge of issues facing internet users in the area, including the Massachusetts Broadband Institute.
