NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Stacy Litke has been appointed senior vice president, senior operations officer, of MountainOne Bank.
“Stacy comes to us with a wealth of banking and operations experience," said Robert Fraser, president and chief executive officer. "For the past several years, she has served as a Consultant for MountainOne regarding core technology systems and has intimate knowledge of our programs, products, and processes. This transition to a member of our senior management team has been seamless.”
As senior operations officer, Litke will manage operations staff, have responsibility for operations process improvement, and oversee system and technology conversions and upgrades.
With more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Litke has served in roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of lending, deposits, electronic services, and operations. She served most recently as managing director of Northeastern Banking Services Group, which brought her to MountainOne Bank in a consulting capacity. She has consulted with a multitude of banks in overseeing successful multi-system conversions.
Litke completed the Mass Bankers School of Banking, and has also served as an instructor for the Center for Financial Training. She recently relocated to Dalton with her husband, Rick.
