NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Dave Wellington scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds Monday night to lead Central Radio to a 71-51 win over Waubeeka Golf Links in the John Giorgi Summer Basketball League.

 

David Vidal scored 16, and Pat Kennedy and Aaron Dean added 15 and 11, respectively, for Central Radio.

 

For Waubeeka, Tom Suski scored 13 with a couple of blocked shots, and Eddie Pomales scored 13.

 

In Monday's other game, Tank Roberson scored 24 points to lead Moonlight Diner to a 78-59 win over Mingo's/Moresi and Associates.

 

Brendan Kordana scored 17, and Geoff Kondel had 16 points and nine rebounds in the win.

 

Kollin Allard scored 18 to lead Mingo's, which had three other players in double figures: Josh Racette with 13, Justin Girard with 12 and Seth Shepard with 10.

 

Play continues on Tuesday evening at Noel Field with two games in the women's division starting at 6:30.
