Thirty-four students graduated from Miss Hall's School at the commencment ceremony.

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Thirty-four students graduated Sunday, June 3, during Miss Hall's School's 114th commencement.
Ceremonies took place under a large tent on the front lawn of the school's Holmes Road campus. Tiffany Dufu, president of The White House Project, delivered this year's address.
Among the Class of 2012 graduates were the following local students: Rachel Katherine Bell, of Dalton; Leal Margaret Carter, of Lenox; Megan Lee Grace, of Dalton; Victoria Alexandra Loubert, of Housatonic; Kelsey Regina MacEachern, of Peru; Sharon Hardesty Minifie, of Dalton; Olivia Grace Oberle, of Pittsfield; Morgan Lee Schuler, of Stockbridge; Arielle Nechamah Sebestyen, of Lenox; Rachel Lucy Shunamon, of Pittsfield; and Genavieve Louise Twomey, of North Adams.
This year, members of the Miss Hall's School Class of 2012 received more than $1.36 million in merit aid toward their continued education at colleges and universities across the United States and beyond.
Additionally, four students were inducted into the Cum Laude Society, the national organization honoring scholastic achievement at secondary schools. This year's MHS inductees are seniors Leal Carter, of Lenox, and Tashfia Tahsin Chowdhury, of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and juniors Ivy Ciaburri, of Hinsdale, and Jin (Kathleen) Wu, of Shanghai, China. Seniors inducted last year were Rachel Bell, Yuxin (Hannah) Jin, of Shenzhen, China; India Lassiter, of Cooperstown, N.Y.; and Jia Wan, of Shenzhen, China.

► Photography Award: Morgan Schuler '12, of Stockbridge
► Doris E. Pitman English Prize: India Lassiter '12, of Cooperstown, N.Y.
► Virginia Breene Wickwire '67 Reading Prize: Tashfia Chowdhury '12, of Dhaka, Bangladesh
► Monique Jalbert French Prize: Ivy Ciaburri '13, of Hinsdale; and Hanna (Kiffe) Lee '13, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
► The Spanish Prize: Victoria Loubert '12, of Housatonic
► Mansfield E. Pickett Latin Prize: Olivia Oberle '12, of Pittsfield
► Horizons Book Award: Kelsey MacEachern '12, of Peru
► James K. Ervin Mathematics Prize: Yuxin (Hannah) Jin '12, of Shenzhen, China
