NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Parker Perez scattered eight hits in a complete-game, 2-0, victory for the North Adams SteepleCats on Sunday at Joe Wolfe Field.   Perez struck out five as the 'Cats beat the Valley Blue Sox to avenge North Adams' only loss of the year and improve to 2-1 in the home opener.   Joseph Burns started the winning two-run rally in the bottom of the fifth with a single.   Hunter Lee then drew a walk before Iogan Boyher's RBI single.
