NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Nina Ann (Medberry) McKeon, 62, of North Adams, Mass., died on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Mass General Hospital in Boston.



She was born in Norwich, Conn., on January 25, 1955, a daughter to the late Frank Medbery and Dorothy (Robidoux) Keating. She attended schools in Mystic, Conn., graduating from Fitch High.



She was last employed at Sanford and Kid as a sales clerk. She enjoyed adding items to her various collections.



Nina married Michael Edward McKeon on June 25, 1984. Beside her husband, survivors include a sister, Tanya Morin of Groton, Conn., as well as nieces and nephews, Stephen Medbery, Justin Blauvelt, Michael and Brian Huhtala, Meghan O’Brien Morrissey and Emma Margaret Gregory. She also leaves three sisters-in-law, Sheila O’Brien, Maureen Huhtala, and Eileen McKeon Gregory.



She was predeceased by her stepfather, John Keating; and her brother, Brad Medbery.



Funeral notice: A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Nina McKeon will take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 9 a.m. at the Flynn and Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapel, 74 Marshall Street, North Adams, Mass.



Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
