NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Priscilla Edith (Douglas) Greenlaw, 87, of North Adams, Mass., died Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Berkshire Medical Center.
She was born in North Adams, Mass., on July 27, 1930, daughter of William and Anna (Schmitt) Douglas. She attended North Adams schools and graduated from Drury High School.
Priscilla worked at Sprague Electric Co. for many years until her retirement. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church and was a former member of the Elks Emblem Club. Priscilla enjoyed puzzles and collecting angels. She especially enjoyed traveling and family vacations.
Survivors include her husband, Horace Franklin Greenlaw, whom she married on April 23, 1955; three sons, Douglas Greenlaw and his longtime companion of North Adams, Peter Greenlaw and his wife Brenda of Clarksburg and Paul Greenlaw of Adams; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Nancy Adkins of Clifton Park, N.Y.; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, who died in infancy; and her sister, Grace Johnson.
Funeral notice: The funeral for Priscilla Greenlaw will be Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 11 a.m at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapel, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday morning from 9-11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
