Pryce was ordered to serve two and a half years at the Berkshire County House of Correction. Pryce assaulted 26-year-old Jahda Martin in Pittsfield on March 6, 2010.
Single counts of murder and intimidation of a witness were dismissed by the state.
, 38, of Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of rape and indecent assault and battery.
Greer was sentenced to one year to one year and one day at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the rape charge. He was placed on one year probation on the other charge.

ADAMS, Mass. — A pickup truck that tangled with a utility pole sent two people to the hospital early Tuesday evening.
A gray 2011 Dodge Dakota Big Horn with Connecticut plates collided with a pole along the northbound lane of Howland Avenue, just across from Ronnie's Cycle Shop, cracking the pole near its base and smashing in the truck's front end. Parts of the truck's front bumper were scattered 20 to 30 feet north of the impact.
The driver, Amitpal Kharbanda, 28, of Summer Street, and her passenger, Donald Harding, 29, were taken to North Adams Regional Hospital. Police said the truck was a rental.

She was released on $1,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lenoxdale on April 3.

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — A Melee broke out on Melville Street immediately following the conclusion of the first 3rd Thursday street fair of the season, resulting in extensive crowd control measures and multiple arrests.
According to the Police Department, the incident initially stemmed from a fight between two young women on the small side street just off North Street, then spiraled into chaos when two officers responding on the scene became surrounded by a large crowd of youths.

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — A former elementary school counselor had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf in Berkshire Superior Court on multiple charges of child sexual assault.
Scott M. Muir, 36, of Church Street, Stockbridge, was arraigned before Judge Daniel Ford on Tuesday afternoon. He was arraigned in Southern Berkshire District Court last month.
Muir is alleged to have assaulted three different children between 2003 and 2005 while working as a student center support coordinator at the former Stockbridge Plain School. The allegations relate to three girls under the age of 14 at the time, including two who lodged complaints about Muir in 2004.
